A distance healing with a little surprise in the mail During your session, I work intuitively with crystals that are chosen specifically for your energy. These may support grounding, emotional release, heart opening, protection or gentle clarity - all depending on what your energy needs and is ready for. Once the healing is complete, the crystals used are placed into a small glass bottle and sealed with an intention and affirmation for your continued integration. Then your bottle is posted in the mail. Optional add-on: Intention oil roller, intuitively blended to support your grounding and integration after your session. You receive not only an energetic healing, but something physical to hold, a gentle anchor & support for shifts that are taking place. it can be kept beside your bed, carried with you, held during meditation or returned whenever you feel the need for support.
